Welcome to Asal & Style. By booking an appointment or using our website, phone, or text booking assistant, you agree to these terms.

Our Services
Asal & Style provides hair styling and salon services. Services, pricing, and availability are subject to change.

Booking Appointments
Appointments may be booked through our website, by phone, or by text with our booking assistant. A confirmed appointment is one you've received confirmation for by text, call, or email.

Payments
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Payment links sent by text or email are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card information.

Cancellations & No-Shows
[We request at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a cancellation fee.]

Communications Consent
By booking an appointment, you consent to receive appointment-related calls and text messages from us, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.

Limitation of Liability
Asal & Style is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
